The renovation redefines the residence through carefully orchestrated spatial planning, custom architectural detailing, and a sophisticated material palette. Guests are welcomed through a gallery-like arrival sequence that leads into expansive entertaining environments anchored by a sculptural stone bar, private wine lounge, and fully customized chef's kitchen. Throughout the residence, floor-to-ceiling glazing captures panoramic views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Fisher Island, and the Miami skyline.
Natural stone, architectural lighting, integrated technology, bespoke millwork, and carefully curated furnishings work together to create a seamless relationship between interior and exterior environments.
