“All the world’s a stage.”
— Jaques, As You Like It, William Shakespeare, Act II, Scene VII. Folger Shakespeare Library
Bacardi International
January 2008

A Family Resemblance Would Have Ruined It.
A corporate portfolio looks orderly on paper. Put its labels in one room, however, and order can become the problem. Each needs its own personality—and a reason for guests to cross the room.
For Bacardi’s Orlando environment, Guycorp approached the gathering as a collection of destinations. White sheers provided a common setting while individual installations changed the mood. The design challenge was to make the family recognizable without dressing everyone alike.
The 2026 conceptual development takes that distinction further. Bombay Sapphire’s open golden bandshells create an intimate café; D’Ussé sets weathered classical forms against lucid acrylic and orange lacquer. Grey Goose enters a fashion photographer’s studio, while MARTINI turns racing heritage into hospitality theatre. Each offers a different invitation to linger.
A proposed animated LED shoreline connects these encounters, carrying guests toward the Bacardi lounge. There, a silver astronaut emerges through the drapes beside an oversized silver cup: familiar objects given the confidence of stage performers.
The shared environment supplies continuity. The labels supply the surprises. Guests supply the movement between them.
The portfolio becomes something a presentation deck cannot: an evening people navigate according to their own curiosity.
